The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Yes, we do wash windows for additional fee (fee based on window count, accessibility, height, etc.).
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    We don’t charge if clients cancel (as long as it's not a regular occurance) and we often reschedule based on their needs (kids out of school, clients being sick, guest coming in town, etc.) We work hard to be flexible with our clients needing to postpone cleanings. We even attempt to do emergency cleanings that are last minute.
